Emotional Freedom Technique For Weight
Everyone know what to do to lose weight. With Emotional Freedom Technique you can control your weigth. If we could just eat well and exercise more, the books do not melt. But the know-how and determination will never be enough.To reach your ideal weight permanently, you must take the psychological aspect, at least, spoke on the topic of weight loss! This is why 95% of dieters return to their original weight. But you do not have to be one of them.
Do you think there is a shortage of diet pills, programs, or books that promise a miracle cure? I think not. I shudder at the advertising of appetite suppressants, thermogenic fat burning pills, and all other waste that people who have tried desperate things of sheer will and the thought that something was wrong with them because I could not lose weight on your own. EFT (Emotional Freedom technique) is the quickest and easiest method I found to lose weight quickly. It requires no fancy pills, definitely, without a needle, and best of all, you can do to get rid of. All you need is a bit 'self-learning and self-discovery to find out which drive you want to eat.
The science behind OJ recognizes that all the feelings caused by a disturbance in the energy system. These negative emotions and to stay stuck in our energy system and resurface at any time we have a similar experience. With EFT, you are able to harness energy by pressing the meridians of the body and remove blocks, to release emotions from the past.
Take for example the stress. When I pointed out one of my trigger foods is a DQ Blizzard. I got into my car and the nearest Dairy Queen, and do not even realize what I do until I place my order. It is heartening in that the smooth ice cream and fresh that makes me calm while I enjoy my treatment.
But when the ice is not a permanent solution to my stress, I feel all the stress levels increased after I finished eating. But this time, stress has a thick layer of guilt on him to eat all the blizzard, I promised myself to eat half.
Instead of heading to DQ, I can write in my meridian points with EFT and eliminate the need all together.
Here's how I'd do:
Tapping the side of the hand (karate chop point), or 3 times:
Even if I have this wish a snow storm because I'm stressed now, I chose to feel peaceful
Even when I'm stressed and want to end up with a snowstorm, I choose to feel calm now
Although the blizzard would make my stress go away, I choose to accept the present moment
Then, tapping the meridian points (gently tap 5-7 times and repeat the phrase):
Within the eye: this insane desire for a snowstorm

under the gaze: a snowstorm that would make me feel better, and I really want to feel better now
under nose: I really want a snow storm
on the chin: I feel the softness of the snow storm

Only one can immediately turn off, if you want enough. If you go down just a bit ', but not always, tries to make the second round. Keep tapping until the desire goes away.
Once you master this technique, be able to make healthy choices in the moment instead of letting food control you.
